An ex-private banker at JPMorgan, Xavier has spent almost 10 years within JPM Private Bank in Paris and London offices. He spent 5 years, providing personalized financial and banking services to high net worth individuals covering the French Market. He then moved to the alternatives team in London to promote the alternatives investments such as hedge funds, private equity to the bank's clients across EMEA. He holds two Masters: One in Economics from New York University (NYU) and One in Philosophy from Sorbonne University. He is a French citizen.
Prior to co-founding myXtramile, she worked at JPMorgan Private Bank in London as a senior VP in charge of the lending book helping clients structure their debt financing with solutions ranging from complex to plain vanilla. She was also in charge of promoting investments ideas using leverage across the EMEA platform. Before joining JPM in 2009, she worked at Lehman Brothers within the Equity Capital Markets division covering financial institutions clients. She worked on some high profiles transactions including the rights issue of Credit Agricole in 2008. She has a Master in Finance from HEC Grande école. She is originally from Cameroon and holds a British passport.
Fadi is a former university professor of Computer Science, now leads IT and R&D within myXtramile. With his knowledge and experience in data structures and Artificial Intelligence, he is responsible for the core part of myXtramile’s optimisation algorithm. Fadi holds a PhD in Automatic Control as well as two Masters degrees, one in Software Engineering and one in Project Management. He did a post-doctoral program in France at ENSGSI (Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Genie des Sytèmes de l'Innovation) in Nancy. He is a Syrian citizen living in France.
Dominique is an active business angel and a successful entrepreneur. Early 2012 Dominique joined the start-up Skysites Americas as cornerstone investor and full time CEO. Under Dominique’s leadership Skysites Americas has been able to secure a portfolio of more than 30,000 urban sites for mobile operators’ network expansion in Brazil. A merger with a Brazilian company in March 2015 resulted in Dominique realizing a successful exit. Previously, Dominique worked at Aéroports de Paris Group to launch independent service provider Hub Télécom serving the transport, freight and logistics sectors. As CEO of Hub Télécom, she implemented a successful B to B business model with strong expertise in mobility. Dominique's previous industry experience includes working for Booz Allen and Hamilton, and 12 years at Orange Group. Dominique graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School.

Ms. Hirotsuna graduated from the University of Southampton (MBA) and obtained AMP at Instituto de Empresa (IE). She is an council member of the Japan-Europe Entrepreneurs Forum, past-president of Rotary Club of Canary Wharf in London and ex-council member of Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the UK.
Vincenzo is a successful serial entrepreneur who founded two successful businesses with multi million US Dollar exits. The first was a digital asset management solutions company in the late 90s, later sold to Harris Corporation in a multi-million USD deal. The other was a security software company, which grew into a multimillion GBP within a few years. Vincenzo has more than 35 years' experience in business and has been recognised for his commercial acumen, visionary instinct and technical insight. Currently, Vincenzo is volunteering as a Speaker, Mentor and Coach with schools, entrepreneurs and SME companies. In addition to the above, Vincenzo helps start-ups and SME to raise investment funds and he is setting up his own consultancy firm.
Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts, Phd, holding two Doctorates (University of Aix-Marseille and University of California at Los Angeles) is Emeritus Professor at HEC Paris. He has been, between September 2012 and July 2015, Director of the research chair HEC-Webhelp “Human Capital and Performance”. He has taught for 26 years in all HEC programs: HEC MS in Management (Grande Ecole), HEC MBA, HEC Doctorate, HEC Executive programs. He has created and managed the MS HEC Exed Strategic HR Management. His research works focus on change management of enterprises and organizations in the context of the digital revolution, the relationship between human capital and firm performance. He has published numerous articles and more than ten books. He has been and is actively involved in international consulting and training activities in more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa. He is also the Senior Avisor of two small HR consulting firms : Winego International and Misceo.
Michael was for 16 years on the Board of the Henley Business School as Director of International Business. He ran all of the School's non-UK businesses in 26 countries. Amongst his responsibilities was Henley's global alumni network of 60,000 members in 150 countries.
